Event featured three days of practical learning, data analysis and exchange of experiences

CAMPINAS, Brazil – From November 11 to 13, Aviagen^® Latin America hosted another edition of Aviagen Connection – In Company, this time with the Nutriza team in Pires do Rio (GO), Brazil. The event brought together professionals from rearing and production to deepen collaboration and identify opportunities to improve flock performance and reproductive results.

Three days of practical learning and exchange

The program combined field visits, data analysis, lectures, and interactive group sessions. Participants explored best practices and shared insights to tackle everyday challenges. Aviagen specialists Antônio Amâncio, Bruno Machado, Alcides Paes, Almir Rocha, and Tiago Gurski led the discussions, joined by Marcel Pacheco, Regional Sales Supervisor.

From theory to practice

Day one began with a visit to the rearing farm and a data review session. Day two focused on production farms and performance analysis, sparking conversations on improvement points and management strategies. The final day featured lectures on topics such as “Ideal Male Conformation,” “Male Management for Fertility,” and “Critical Factors in Production Processes,” along with dynamic activities that encouraged interactive engagement and knowledge sharing.

Breeding customer success

Aviagen created the In Company format to bring its team closer to customers’ realities, enabling practical analysis and co-creation of solutions. The event reaffirmed Aviagen’s commitment to developing management expertise and strengthening long-term relationships.
