BANGKOK, Thailand. – Aviagen^® Asia Pacific concluded its series of exhibitions for 2023 with a successful presence at Livestock Malaysia, which took place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1.

Showcasing commitment to local markets

As part of Aviagen's ongoing strategy to actively engage with local poultry producers and other industry stakeholders, Livestock Malaysia served as a platform for the company to reinforce its presence in the region. Aviagen's participation in local shows throughout the year, including those in Bangkok, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam, demonstrates its commitment to understanding the challenges and needs of regional markets and driving awareness of its Arbor Acres^®, Indian River^® and Ross^® brands. These birds demonstrate industry-leading performance, health and welfare due to Aviagen’s “balanced breeding” and commitment to “Breeding Success Together.” The variety of offerings allows farmers to define a point of difference with their competitors, while having the confidence of knowing that all the options are backed by the Aviagen genetic improvement program and strongest support services in the industry.

Sharing expertise for industry advancement

The Aviagen team also took the opportunity to provide valuable information to benefit the Malaysian market. Dr. John Tchang, Technical Service Manager, Aviagen Asia Pacific, spoke on “Management in hot climates for optimal performance,” providing insights and solutions for addressing challenges associated with poultry management in tropical conditions.
